After not every second plant requires the same treatment, we distinguish between the following categories:

•   functionally tested

•   Overhauled

•   Completely rebuilt

Function tested:

All functions of a system are tested step by step and everything is logged. Damaged and worn components to be replaced.

Refit:

Defective and worn parts of a plant are renewed and improved well-known weaknesses. After all functions are tested step by step and everything is logged in detail.

Completely rebuilt:

Here the system is completely dismantled and rebuilt. Components such as heating, cleaning, dampers, valves and motors are overhauled or renewed. In case of smoke house the smoke generator type can be selected and usually also a new UNICONTROL control is installed. Thereafter, the system is configured, tested step by step and everything is logged.
